Sundown Point Farm
Ocean-view farm hosting about five weddings a year, with one of the earliest curfews on the island. No tent, a composting toilet for small groups (bathroom trailer for large), room for 15 cars, and a planner is mandatory.

The music
Music and bar wrap by 10 p.m. Music off at 9:30 p.m. and all guests off the property by 10 p.m.
