$350 hall — Island Copper Room is $250 for a Saturday; the kitchen with cooking equipment is an extra $100 ($75 for prep only), and the full Friday-to-Sunday weekend is $400. A cleaning fee is taken at booking. Rates change by season, so confirm with the venue.
