7 km from downtown Courtenay — a short cab ride.
The money
Ceremony rental starts at $1,400 and covers your area from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with folding chairs, a signing table and a rehearsal. Wedding directories list this as a starting site fee — usually the room alone, before food-and-drink minimums — so expect the real total to be higher. Ask the venue for a current quote.
