A 10-acre gated garden estate with waterfalls, ponds and two gazebos, plus a medi spa on site with a get-ready room. In the base tier you handle your own set-up and clean-up.

The music
Full Day packages run up to 14 continuous hours; tents and tables must be cleared by 8 a.m. the next day. Confirm the music cut-off with the venue.

Up to 150 guests. Up to 150 (the tent seats 150; Tier Two furniture covers 125).

8 km from downtown Nanaimo — a short cab ride.
The money
$5,900 — Tier One (Fri–Sun, up to 14 continuous hours) is $5,900 with you handling set-up and clean-up; Tier Two is $6,900 and adds tables and chairs for 125 and a get-ready room; Tier Three is $7,900 and adds a 35x40 hexagon tent seating 150. Confirm current rates with the venue. Rates change by season, so confirm with the venue.
